We have won appeals before the Supreme Court of Florida and our record shows a relentless attitude toward resolving our clients’ business conﬂicts.
Raymond Carrero received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Florida and earned a law degree from St. Thomas University. He has represented real estate investors, real estate developers, construction companies, mortgage holders, lien holders, condominium associations, homeowners, corporations, individuals, landlords, tenants, and real estate professionals. Mr. Carrero co-authors the Florida Real Property Sales Transactions manual published by The Florida Bar and Lexis/Nexis.
Raymond Carrero is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. He graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2005, completing law school in just 2 and a half years. Raymond earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 2002.
Raymond founded the Law Firm of Raymond Carrero, P.A. in 2008. His professional legal experience includes work in an array of real estate matters including residential and commercial title closings, commercial and residential landlord-tenant matters, mortgage foreclosures, condominium and HOA collection and foreclosures, assisting homeowners associations in amending and reviving governing documents, property tax appeals before county Value Adjustment Boards, lien enforcement, investor representation, quiet title litigation, disputes with county and municipal departments, and partition litigation. In addition to his focus on real estate, Raymond has trial experience and has represented parties in the acquisition of secured debt, commercial disputes, partnership disputes, simple divorce and probate matters.
Raymond has successfully appealed cases in the Third District Court of Appeal as well as a successful appeal before The Supreme Court of Florida. Van Vorgue v. Rankin, 41 So.3d 849 (Fla., 2010). He has also written and edited Florida Bar practice manuals including Florida Real Property Sales Transactions §7 (6th ed. 2011, and 7th ed. 2010).
